I need to change my order

We cannot change your order once it is placed and confirmed, whether it is a product change, email address change and/or address change. We also cannot cancel orders. Please double-check and confirm your order before you place it.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship everything out within 5 days of receiving your order, however because we are family-owned and operated, you may experience delays. Delivery typically takes a week after the order is fulfilled. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your order by a specific day, please let us know at hello@sirenbasics.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive an email to the provided email address with the order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number provided by the postal service. Because we are based in NYC, and packages tend to get stolen, you will receive a third email once your order is delivered to ensure it is safely received.

Where does Siren Basics ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How are orders shipped? 

Orders are shipped from our solar-powered fulfillment center in Somerset, New Jersey. Your order will ship via USPS.

Return Policy

Due to concerns regarding hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

What are Siren Basics undies made of?

  • Mesh: Our mesh undies are composed of 92% nylon and 8% spandex and lined with cotton.

    • Cotton: Our cotton undies are composed of 95% cotton and 5% spandex for stretch and adaptability and lined with cotton.

    Silkies: Our silky undies are composed of 86% nylon and 14% spandex and lined with cotton.

    How can I get stickers, silk pouches and posters?

    All Siren Basics orders placed through our site come with a complimentary poster designed by Fisk from our first launch, stickers and a reusable silk pouch for all your goodies ranging from undies to skincare.

    When’s the next launch?

    As a small family-owned business, we have a very small team to design, coordinate and launch products. We pour our hearts and minds into every launch to ensure each product is designed and executed with intentionality, care and love. With that being said, we don’t have fast turnaround times on launches but recommend checking us out on Instagram where we keep our community updated on new launches.
