Underwear
Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear
Swimwear may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that the following conditions are met:

• The original hangtags, packaging, and hygiene label must be intact and unaltered.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email hello@sirenbasics.com with the subject line:
"[Your Order Number]_RETURN"
We will send you a return shipping label once your request is approved.

Return Fees & Refunds
A $10 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
