Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid, Part-time)

The Administrative Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid position where you’ll be responsible for administrative support, customer service, inventory management, and digital operations. As Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to two directors based out of our Fulfillment Office. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with us.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience in fashion, retail, merchandising, customer service, or related industry, is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Shopify Admin required, strong proficiency with Shopify highly preferred.
- Experience with Klaviyo is ideal but not required; experience with CRM/ digital marketing software/platforms also a plus.
- Demonstrated success in previous independent environments and/or projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient under changing circumstances.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills, able to evaluate urgency and sensitivity of multiple priorities in the moment and adapt intuitively.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently across different departments.
- Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Based in or able to commute to Somerset NJ up to five days a week.
- Able to work a flexible hybrid work schedule.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs.
- Access to reliable transportation.
