Complimentary promotional gifts must be returned with eligible returns. If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.

Underwear
Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear
Swimwear may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that the following conditions are met:

• The original hangtags, packaging, and hygiene label must be intact and unaltered.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

We will send you a return shipping label once your request is approved.

Return Fees & Refunds
